Layer the chocolate cake so you have 3 slices. In a pan add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of chocolate power and ½ cup of water. Boil. Using the plate you are going to serve the black forest on, place the first layer of the chocolate sponge, and soak it with 1/3 of the chocolate syrup. Spread a medium layer of whipped cream on the sponge, chopped cherries (deseeded) and some chocolate grated/ shavings. Do the same thing with the 2nd layer. Place the 3rd layer on top, soak with the chocolate syrup and cover the entire sponge with the whipped cream. Using a cake comb you can make designs on the side and the top of the cake. Pipe out swirls using a star nozzle evenly on the cake (use the clock method). Put a cherry and mint leaf and loads of chocolate caraques in the center.
