- Please use the same recipe as chocolate cake omitting chocolate and cocoa powder, prepare exactly the same way.
- Divide the mixture into 2 bowls, keeping one batter slightly more than the other.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder in the bowl, which has less batter.
- Mix well. Grease and dust very well any glass dish and put a spoon full of each batter alternatively.
- On the second layer put a spoon full of chocolate batter on the white batter and vice versa.
- Tap gently to take out the air bubbles and micro on high for 6 minutes.
- Decorate with white and milk chocolate.
- If you are making this cake in the oven add ¼ - ½ cup of water.
- Prepare batter as above and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees for the next 20-25 minutes.
